What backs every building we sell, and what to do if something is wrong.
Lifetime
Pressure-treated lumber
Covers all pressure-treated lumber: the runners, floor joists, plywood flooring, siding and trim. If it is ever damaged by rot, decay or termites, we replace it free of charge.
50 years
Painted buildings
Painted buildings use LP SmartSide siding treated with the SmartGuard process, backed by a 50-year warranty against fungal decay and termites.
20 years
Metal siding
Metal siding is maintenance-free and backed by a 20-year warranty.
10 years
Urethane siding
Urethane siding carries a 10-year no-fade warranty and resists mildew.
The lumber warranty comes with every building. The siding warranty is the one for the siding on your building. Not sure which applies to yours? Ask us. We can tell you from your order.
If something is wrong
- Call, text or email us. Give your name or order number and which building it is.
- Send a few photos of the problem, if you can.
- We look at it and tell you what is covered and what happens next.
