We deliver and set it up
Delivery is free within 50 miles of one of our lots in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. We place the building and provide shims to level it.
Pay month to month
There is no credit check. You pay each month, with sales tax added, and can return the building at the end of any month.
Own it
Once you have made all of your payments, the building is yours to keep. You can also buy it out early for the cash price minus part of what you have paid.

Rent-to-own payments are estimates. Sales tax is added to each payment, and the total of the payments is more than the cash price. We confirm the exact terms with you before you sign. The exact deposit and monthly payment depend on the building.
What your agreement says
Rent-to-own is a rental-purchase agreement, not a loan. You see the full agreement, with your exact amounts, before you sign. The main points:
- Payments are due on the 5th of each month, with sales tax added. Late fees apply if one is late.
- The rental company owns the building until your last payment or until you buy it out early.
- You keep the building insured and in good repair, and at the address where it was delivered.
- You may not alter the building (for example by adding shelves, benches or signs) or move it.
- Our buildings are not intended for people to live in. Rules on permits and how a building can be used vary, so check with your county, HOA or other local bodies before you buy.
- If payments stop, the building is repossessed. Your agreement explains how to reinstate it.
Questions about rent-to-own
Is there really no credit check?
Yes. Rent-to-own with us has no credit check. It is a small deposit to start, then month-to-month.
How much is the deposit and the monthly payment?
Both depend on the building. The monthly figures on this site are estimates, and our team confirms the exact deposit and payment with you before you sign.
Can I give the building back?
Yes. At the end of any month you can return the building in good repair, along with anything past due, without a penalty.
Can I buy it early?
Yes. In the first 90 days you pay the cash price minus everything you have paid so far. After that you pay the cash price minus a share of what you have paid (60% on 24- and 36-month agreements, 50% on 48 months, 45% on 60 months). Sales tax is added, and you need to be current on your payments.
What if I stop making payments?
The rental company owns the building until your last payment, so if payments stop the building is repossessed. Late fees apply to a late payment. If you fall behind, talk to us first: your agreement explains how to reinstate it.

Is rent-to-own better than paying in full?
It depends on how you want to pay. Rent-to-own costs more in total than the cash price because you pay over time, and you own the building after your last payment. Compare the two.
