Floor joists are spaced 12" on center in every garage and lofted-garage floor - guaranteed to hold the weight of a full-size pickup truck.
Every 10'-16' wide building rides on 4x6 runners for even weight distribution.
Steel gussets reinforce every truss and door frame.
Metal roofing is screwed directly to 1 1/2" purlins, making for one of the strongest roof systems in the industry.
Every metal roof includes rFoil radiant-barrier insulation - it blocks 97% of radiant heat transfer, resists interior condensation, and won't promote mold or mildew.
Every treated building gets a wood sealer application before it leaves the shop.

Lifetime warranty on all pressure-treated lumber - runners, floor joists, plywood flooring, siding, and trim. If it's ever damaged by rot, decay, or termites, we replace it free of charge.
Painted buildings use LP SmartSide siding treated with the SmartGuard process, backed by a 50-year warranty against fungal decay and termites.
Metal siding is maintenance-free and backed by a 20-year warranty.
Urethane siding carries a 10-year no-fade warranty and resists mildew.
