We offer rent-to-own with no credit check and a small deposit to start. It is a rental-purchase agreement, not a loan: you rent the building one month at a time and own it after your last payment. At the end of any month you can return the building in good repair, along with anything past due, without a penalty. The total of the payments is more than the cash price.

Yes. In the first 90 days you pay the cash price minus everything you have paid so far. After that you pay the cash price minus a share of what you have paid (60% on 24- and 36-month agreements, 50% on 48 months, 45% on 60 months). Sales tax is added, and you need to be current on your payments.

The rental company owns the building until your last payment, so if payments stop the building is repossessed. Late fees apply to a late payment. If you fall behind, talk to us first: your agreement explains how to reinstate it.

Pressure-treated lumber (runners, floor joists, siding, trim) is covered by a lifetime warranty against rot, decay, and termites. Painted siding carries a 50-year warranty, metal siding 20 years, urethane 10 years. See the full warranty details.

Our buildings are sold for storage, hobbies and workshops and are not intended for people to live in. Whether a building can be lived in, and what permits it needs, depends on your county, your HOA and other local bodies, so check with them before you buy.

Yes, a little. The site needs a solid base (concrete blocks, gravel, cement or bare dirt all work), sized for the building and as close to level as you can get it. If the ground is more than 8 inches out of level, have concrete blocks on hand so we can build it up. Clear the path and building spot of trash cans, vehicles, lawn equipment, boats and trailers. Any gate we go through must be at least 1 foot wider than the building, and a fence in the way has to come down. Trim tree limbs along the path to about 13 ft 6 in, and tell us about low overhead wires when we call ahead. We deliver the building, set it in place and provide shims to level it.
