What happens if I pay off my rent-to-own balance early?+−
No penalty - you can pay off the remaining balance anytime, and you'll get a discount for doing so.
How much does a shed cost?+−
It depends on size, style, and siding - utility sheds start in the low $2,000s, with larger cabins and garages typically $6,000-$10,000+. Design your own for an instant estimate.
Do you deliver, and how far?+−
Yes, free within 50 miles of one of our lot locations across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Check your town.
Can I customize the size, siding, roof, or color?+−
Yes - our builder lets you pick size, siding, roof, and from 1,500+ paint colors, with an instant price update as you go.
What warranty comes with the building?+−
Pressure-treated lumber (runners, floor joists, siding, trim) is covered by a lifetime warranty against rot, decay, and termites. Painted siding carries a 50-year warranty, metal siding 20 years, urethane 10 years. See full construction & warranty details.
Do I need to prepare the site before delivery?+−
Yes - the site should be built up with something solid (concrete blocks, gravel, cement, or bare dirt all work) and sized properly for the building, as close to level as possible; we provide shims to level the building once it's placed. Also check that there's enough clearance to actually get the building where it's going - fence gates, and spacing between other buildings or obstacles, since we need room to maneuver it into place.
Can I see a building in person before buying?+−
